What does it take to be a CPP provider?
"Rostered" CPP Providers are:
Mental health clinicians (therapists, psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers) who have completed an official CPP Learning Community or Collaborative conducted by a certified CPP trainer. This requires:
* Participation in 7 full-day in-person training sessions
* Bi-monthly CPP reflective consultation for 18-months
* Completion of CPP model fidelity documentation
"Qualified" CPP Providers are:
Mental health clinicians (therapists, psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers) receive training & ongoing supervision in CPP from a staff member who has completed an official CPP Learning Community or Collaborative conducted by a certified CPP trainer. This requires:
* Participation in agency-sponsored CPP training conducted ONLY by a rostered CPP provider
* Bi-monthly participation in a CPP consultation group (within or outside of their agency)
* Individual supervision opportunities with a rostered CPP provider
